Jaclynne enjoys working collaboratively with individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, to help them deal with any issues or struggles that they are facing.
Jaclynne has experience with; Anxiety & worry, Stress & stress management, Low mood and depressive symptoms, Relationship issues, Self-esteem, Body image/eating issues, Grief & loss, Issues concerning spirituality, faith, and personal growth & development.
Jaclynne works from a client-centered approach, which means that the client takes an active role in the therapeutic process. She also combines other approaches in order to meet everyone’s unique personality and needs. She likes to integrate creative components into therapy sessions, using elements from art, creative writing, and music, when suitable for the client. She aims to create a safe environment and develop strong relationship with her clients. Jaclynne has a passion for her work, immense empathy for her clients and hope for healing and fostering well-being.
As a graduate from Saint Paul University with a master’s degree in Counselling and Spirituality and a Master’s in Experimental Psychology from Ottawa University, Jaclynne brings extensive knowledge.
