What do you specialize in?
Each of our team members specialise in different areas of psychotherapy. Whether you are here looking for support for life stressors, relationship counselling, grief, loss, anxiety; we have you covered.

What are the rates of your services?
The fee for a 50 minutes session is $170, including HST unless otherwise negotiated, payable at the end of each session by cash or e-transfer.
Many extended health care plans will partially or fully cover fees.
A receipt is provided for income tax or insurance purposes.
What types of therapy do you provide?
We cover a variety of counselling types but to name a few; Anxiety Counselling, Art Therapy, Grief Counselling, Group Sessions, Couples Counselling, Children, and Teen, Trauma.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! All of our therapists are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and must be insured to practice.
How do I know if Therapy is right for me?
We always recommend coming into this experience with an open mind. Whether you have been to therapy before or this is your first time, a good fit with your therapist is essential.
